Job Description

In this workplace, you have room to grow; you will start your journey in a 1st line support role where you handle incoming cases via phone, email & ticketing system. You primarily work in a Microsoft environment, and since the customer operates in a complex environment, you are constantly challenged with a variety of questions and problems. You work closely with your colleagues and have a lot of knowledge to learn from all the time.

With us, you will be part of our consulting team, and in this assignment, you will work in a larger organization in Gothenburg. Our client has a strong focus on their work environment, and the atmosphere is open and welcoming. Service is a key word that permeates the entire culture!

Responsibilities

You take pride in having satisfied users; you do not settle for just solving the problem but want to do it with the best service possible. You are technically skilled and interested in learning new things. The support primarily involves Microsoft's services and products as well as company-specific applications. You also work on creating and managing accounts in Active Directory.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

 Secondary or post-secondary education in IT.

 At least 6 months of experience in user support in a Microsoft-based corporate environment.

 Very good knowledge of troubleshooting desktop and laptop computers, printers, smartphones, Windows 10/11, M365, and experience with client installations.

 Good knowledge of Active Directory.

The role requires you to be fluent in Swedish and have very good knowledge of English in both spoken and written form. Other languages are a plus.

Desirable qualifications

PowerShell, Exchange, Office 365, Experience working according to ITIL framework
